I ended up creating my own loot chart for my players and wanted an easy table to roll on for potions rather than page through the DMG and pick something at random. So here’s my personalized Potions Table.
( If you have Homebrew potions you can implement them into this chart by removing the Official potions or possibly changing Restoration potions to 1-10 and the Homebrew can be 11-20)

31-40 Elemental Boost
41-50 Stat Boost/Luck
51-60 Official (DMG 187-188)
61-70 Poison
71-80 Conditions
81-90 Mystery Effect
91-100 Wild Magic Surge (1d100; PHB 104)

1-6 Healing (2d4 + 2 HP or 6 HP)
7-11 Greater Healing (4d4 + 4 HP or 12 HP)
12-14 Superior Healing (8d4 + 8 HP or 24 HP)
15-16 Supreme Healing (10d4 + 20 HP or 40 HP)
17-19 Cure Condition
20 Cure Condition + Roll again ignoring results of 20

(Effects can be simple, from hiccuping bubbles, growing a third eye, or having your ears transformed into that of a dog. These effects can be removed with a Cure Condition or Remove Curse spell.)
